Pink Ling is a firm-fleshed fish with very little natural oil, giving it a mild flavour with very few bones, which keeps it shape during cooking. This makes it suitable for most cooking methods (steaming, poaching, deep frying, pan frying, baking, braising, grilling & BBQ-ing). Sold skinless/boneless in random weight fillets.
